visiting the big house

Ok so I woke up  early last week Friday to get ready for a trip. Not just any trip mind you but my second trip to Parliament. Don't worry I was not there to protest against anything this time. I was there with a group of people from work to visit the Parliament. It was my 2nd time visiting and I had a lot of fun and learnt a lot from my little morning visit. 

Its a wrap story

So I have been admiring other girls and the head wraps they rock so well. I wanna be the cool chic with the head wraps also. So I decided to take matters into my hands and play around with my scarf and see if i can really be "that chic".This was just a trial run. Be nice about it.

So I'm thinking I like this whole look for me. I will start investing in some hot head wraps. Me like it a lot. One more thing is that I need to learn to wrap properly thou. I cant go out half baked.

Ears be fab

So I love earrings to death.For some reason I for the past month I have been loosing them and ending up with on earning of a pair. So last week Saturday I went to Sass Diva to buy me new ones. To kind of start my collection again. I felt it fitting to start by buying this set. I already lost one but I don't want to talk about it at this point. lol. I already have a fav also the crosses are boss for me and I'm just overly loving them at the moment and I have a feeling I will be rocking them a lot.

oh I forgot to say that they are a bargain at R100 a set which for a bargain freak like me I am happy. As the blog grows this will become highly clear to you. I love the word SALE and the good value for money. I don't see it as cheap really but as being wise about the money I work hard for.

These are my fav ones of the set. I love love love them. They are hella hot and I just think they have an edge to them and I think they are hella boss. I'm already thinking of many outfits I can add them to. They are simple but really have that thing to them.

me rock lil fro

Just in case you see a chick in the  streets and you like "that face looks familiar" or are like hold up "I know that face" well that face is me. I removed the braids after fearing that they were hella tight and my hairline was at stake.

I'm rocking my natural hair while thinking of my next move. Maybe braids but less tight and more on the box braids tip that I do usually anyway.

 When I eventauly decided I will document the process and show it off to you with love.

 

Frank Ocean - between love and love

So I had the bad case of FOMO ( fear of missing out) as I saw that every blog is showing love to Frank Ocean after he came out to the world that "love is not between a man and women but, between love and love".

The world was a buzz hey. Some people were hating some were loving. Me on the other hand was on some "Who we love has nothing to do with our God given talents."

July already

I'm not one to really go on about how much the year is flying but, I feel the need to go on about it being the end to the first half of the year.  Flip its July for crying out loud.

On the real though I feel I should celebrate this. This year started off hectic. I'm happy with the fact that its over and I can start over really. For some reason beyond me I'm hella excited for this half. I have a feeling that big things are coming my way and all my hard work is paying off. I have been threw a lot and its time to be happy and really live it up.
